Shipping & Returns

At Dottie D, we strive to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. That takes into account the shipping and returns processes as well! We aim to ship all orders out as quickly as possible.

Orders are generally processed within 2-4 business days, with actual transit time at about 25-40 business days, depending on your location. Orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or APO/FPO locations may often take additional time to be delivered. Orders are processed and shipped with the courier most appropriate for your shipment. The shipments are normally sent via E-Packet.

We are happy to provide shipping to all 50 states within the United States, as well as APO/FPO/DPO addresses abroad as well. We also ship worldwide.

Shipping costs vary depending on your exact location and shipping option.

Why didn't my package come in one shipment:

We ship your orders from various international warehouses. Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. Therefore, the partial shipment could be applied to customers’ order.

Dottie D reserves the right to change the shipping method to a more efficient option for packages that may be oversized.

How do you ship?

We ship orders oversea by mail service.

After finishing processing your order, we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. After arriving to your country, it will be handled by your country's postal service. So please kindly contact your local post when it arrives at your country.




We do accept returns, however ask that you contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item. If the return is as a result of a fault of ours - we would accommodate you accordingly. 

If the return is simply because you no longer want the item or is a mistake on your end, we would charge a re-stocking fee, and shipping the item back would need to be covered on your end. 

All return requests are reviewed, and appropriate action is taken on each, relative to the circumstance.
